Cucumbers
Selected cucumbers of the best types are grown at our own farms at thorough meeting quality standards and size control. For marinating we take only fresh green dimensioned by size vegetables. The smaller cucumbers in jar are, the better they are. For the cucumbers not to change their color after washing fruits are dipped into boiling water and then are cooled with water. After that vegetables are quickly put into jars, over stewed with spices, poured with marinade and are pasteurized. Industrial conserved marinated almost do not differ from those home made.
