Horseradish
Horseradish was famous spice in acient Rus, from where it was spreaded all over the world. It is not only useful in itself, but also helps to digest slodgy dishes so it is perfectly suited to fat. Usually at canning all healing properties are washed out from horseradish to the brine, so for our dishes with horseradish we have developed unique technology – fresh, peeled horseradish roots are milled and are at once packed in doy-pack packaging without any heat treatment. It helps to save almost all properties of horseradish.
