Sauces
It is believed, that tradition of sauces consumption came to us from other countries. But ancient records say that our forebears at time of Ancient Rus consumed different sauces on the basis of boiled or sour vegetables, wine, vinegar, horseradish root and mix of spices. And only in the XVII-XIX centuries there was known in Europe about high popularity of French sauces – in such way we got to know about Parmesan, Tartar, mustard sauce and others and France was considered to be motherland of sauces.
