People started growing olives 6 thousand years ago, and 2,5 years ago they learnt to make olive oil. Still it is produced only in Mideterenian countries as in other countries olives are not so tasty and useful. Olive oil is one the most expensive among vegetable oils. Primarily it is useful for children as it encourages bones growth.

Horseradish was famous spice in acient Rus, from where it was spreaded all over the world. It is not only useful in itself, but also helps to digest slodgy dishesso it is perfectly suited to fat.  Usually at canning all healing properties are washed out from horseradish to the brine, so for our dishes with horseradish we have developed unique technology – fresh, peeled horseradish roots are milled and are at once packed in doy-pack packaging without any heat treatment. It helps to save almost all properties of horseradish. 

Turmeric is delicate Indian spice which has pleasant spicy flavour and heavy hot taste. In India and Central Asia almost none of the dishes goes without it. In Western Europe turmeric is less popular is used only in some expensive cheeses and mustard. Turmeric helps to save freshness and taste of the dishes for longer time.
