Pineapples in freash condition or in sauces are perfectly combined with pork, poultry and sea foods. They add specific notes to these dishes. But pineapple value is not only its taste, it contains agents encouriging fat burning, also many vitamins, minerals and microelements.

Cherry plum is close relative of plum so in different countries it is called “wild cherry” or  “divaricate plum”. It is much more sour than plum so it is well suited to meat dishes as spice and is part of many traditional dishes at Caucasus. We use variety of Georgian cherry plum which has bright intense taste. 

Mint is general name of around 100 types of herbs. The most popular are: basil, oregano, valerian, rosemary and pepper mint. They have different medical and culinary properties. Veres is using long-leaved mint which is growing in the Crimea. It has pleasant gentle flavour and adds fresh notes to fried beef dishes and shashlik.
