Without quality vegetetables, fruits and spices it’s impossible to produce nutritious healthy and delicious product. Khmeli-suneli is famous Georgian mix of spices which is widely used in traditional cuisine in Transcaucasus. It gives unique namable flavour and spicy but not hot taste. For making khmeli-suneli we use basil, chili pepper, fennel, parsley, coriander, majoram, saffron and several more western spices.

Kidney beans are basic dish during fasting period or vegetarian diet as they contain approximately the same quantity of proteins and amino acids as meat. Kidney beans are more convenient for use in canned comdition as they do not require long soak and boiling. We use 2 types of kidney beans: red, which are more firm and sweety and the white – more soft and with tender taste

We grow up champignons in our own spawn, which is the biggest one in Ukraine. They grow at natural nutritive ground on the base of straw which is gathered at distant from industrial production regions. We take mushroom «seeds» (mycelium) from France. By means of it we aare able to reach high mushrooms quality, which may be named one of the best quality in the world.
