Basil gives pleasant flavour, light bitter and sweety taste to dishes. It is the most popular in France where it is used in most of sauces, also in many meat and fish dishes. We use basil to add new interesting notes and more bright taste to ordinary dishes.

Thyme is grassy plant, we bring it dried it from Caucasus.It gives exclusive piqancy to poultry dishes, beaf and rissoles. Thyme goes together with kidney beans, enriching their taste. It is useful for kidneys, liver and stomache.

Fenugreek has specific bitter flavour similar to that of  newly mown hay. It was used only as medical plant – it was eaten for hair improvment. But later skilful culinary specialists have learned to use it for the most refined mixes of spices.
